Remodeling homes is our bread & butter. It's not always glamorous work, but it takes a particular skill set that we possess. Remodeling takes craftsmanship, coordination, customer relations, conflict resolution, and occasionally, anger management. We are Pros at remodeling. You may find a cheaper (and I do mean cheaper) source, but you will not find a professional remodeling service in Southern Illinois that can top our ability to please hundreds of customers on a yearly basis.

Whether you want to completely change the appearance of your home with a new bath, kitchen or siding, or just make subtle changes by opening up a room or completing necessary repairs, we are accomplished at both.

We have a member on staff that is a Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR). Dave McCoy has completed the NAHB (National Association of Home Builders) training to become the first CGR in Southern Illinois. To receive that recognition he had to complete an intensive fourteen course program as well as accumulate years of actual experience in the field. The Certified Graduate Remodeler is an exclusive professional designation designed to emphasize business and project management skills as the key to a professional remodeling operation. The CGR identifies those individuals who exemplify professionalism in the remodeling industry. There is more to remodeling than using a sledge hammer to knock down drywall. Dave brings expert training and experience to each job to strive to exceed your expectations.
