E. A. Knight Construction,
Inc.
Founded in 1979, E. A. Knight Construction Inc. has grown over the
years to become one of the largest residential building and remodeling
companies in southern Illinois. With over 25 employees, we bring
375 years of combined experience to every project. Despite our size
we still maintain focus on every job, whether large or small. The
magnitude of the project is of less importance than performance,
quality, and over all customer satisfaction. In addition to the
custom homes we build, we complete over 300 remodeling jobs a year.
In addition to our staff of carpenters, we also maintain our own
roofing and electrical licenses.
Edd Knight, owner of E. A. Knight Construction, is supported by
a full time office staff of four people so that there is always
someone in the office to field your call.
Edd has been an active member of the National Association of Home
Builders for many years, and is President of the Home Builders Association
of Illinois 2005. While serving as Legislative Chair he was able
to facilitate the adoption of a building code for the seventy-six
counties in Illinois that previously had no building code in place.
E. A. Knight Construction was one of the first companies to sign
on to the Illinois Quality Assurance Program. This system spells
out, in laymen's terms, workmanship standards that must be met on
every project. |
